Over the last 10 years, he has been working in consulting with start-ups, and project management for organizations such as Cognos, Goldcorp, NavCanada, and Plan Canada. He has previously worked for many years in support and operations roles in global companies including Business Objects and Crystal Decisions and is based in Canada.

Manjit joined Counterpart in 2021. She has worked in the IT sector for over a decade. Having started her career with IBM, she quickly became adept at understanding the needs of partners. Working with the likes of Cisco and HPE she became well known for formulating strategic plans to ensure success for all parties. She brings a wealth of experience, particularly within the EMEA channel.

He has successfully helped executives understand and deliver digital change across global companies such as Thompson Reuters, CitiGroup, RBS, BNP Paribas, and General Motors.

She has strong copy-writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. She has worked in both the not-for-profit and private sectors and has experience working in the technology sector and start-ups.

He has led the organization to develop and market an innovative and disruptive approach to managing projects and initiatives. He has over 22 years of experience in senior IT roles with blue-chip companies such as BMW and SAP.

Paul joined Counterpart’s product team to lead the development of the Counterpart platform Insight™. He brings 18 years of experience in IT and technical roles, nearly 10 of which were focused on product development, working with start-ups, small businesses, and global organizations. He brings a passion to the team for agile dev ops, dynamic process, and the Oxford comma and is based in Canada.

Since 2006 her focus has been business governance and compliance, with special attention to regulatory compliance relating to the privacy and security of personal and health information. She worked within companies such as Business Objects, and others within the financial, local government, and pharmaceutical verticals and is based in Canada.

Tan, joined Counterpart in 2019. His roles include; managing initiatives, product testing, and preparing documentation. He comes from a civil engineering background, having worked on different projects ranging from small ones to large complex multibillion-dollar projects. He is currently a PhD candidate at UCL. His interdisciplinary and academic experience helps him innovate solutions for businesses that suit their needs.
